What kind of problems between Western companies and Chinese manufacturers do you see?

China wants to modernise, fast! But in a Chinese way not to ‘western ways’ Change can be slow for ‘lower ranks’ who can often stick to old style of living - including having long siestas!

Plus there is a need (Must) to employ many people rather than have an elite few. And as Western businesses can now set up in China without partners, a need to have greater control of how their companies are organised within China – with Chinese staff adapting to western style of working.
