Why does the business partnership with China is of interest to you (your company)? Is this interest to work with the Chinese business potential or real?
Its very real and true! Has we said before “In China we are the only portuguese firm member of European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (see us at business directory of EUCCC)”.
How special, according to your point of view, is the business with China (shipment of goods, logistics, quality control of the production etc)?
In China every business aspect is special and essential. Doing business in China and/or with Chinese requires a very strong cultural background about Chinese history in all aspects – only by that You can understand the yan and the yen of China /Chinese process/behavoir in business.
What prospects of the business with China do you see in whole for your company?
We are very well placed in one of the major’s center’s of all powers – China! Our benefits come from that hard work doing in a daily basis for as long has 10 years.
How do you assess the current state of being in the know and the level of knowledge according to the different aspects of vision of business with China? How important and necessary is it for your and for your company? What do you think would your customers say on this question? What do your customers think about the “made-in-China” goods?
Again, our major asset in China is our knowledge of China has an all! Being part of EUCCC gives us a very powerfull lobby instrument, recognised also by Chinese authorityes. “Made -in-China” means many things – from the worst to the highest advance technology.
Business education, variable seminars, courses and trainings are extremely popular nowadays. To what extent the specificity of doing business with China should be studied by the managers?
Cultural references are undoubtfully the first step. The one that any company or person should skip!

Another undisputably true in China is that you has the head of your company should have “guanxy” among chinese authoratyes. And that only comes to our firm because we achieve a true chinese people incorporation into our project. They feel very European has we feel very Chinese.
What do you think will help to minimize the various risks arising when doing business with the Chinese companies?
Every one and all the aspects, among others, mentioned before!
The CEO of the company and the majority of the managers do not possess the required amount of the special knowledge on this problem. How can they solve the problem of communication with the Chinese business?
Simple. If they have not ” the majority of the managers do not possess the required amount of the special knowledge on this problem”, they can´t solve anything. Please note our previous observations about “business environement” in China.
And the last question. What would you like to tell to our audience?
China is a major challenge. Don´t give up! Our firm is prepared to help and understand You and Your business since the very first moment “before the first step into”!
